Granger Church

We are all God's children.

Beloved, we are God’s children now; what we will be has not yet been revealed.

What we do know is this: when he is revealed, we will be like him,

for we will see him as he is.

1 John 3:2

We are on a journey

We are Followers of Christ

The thoughts of one leader in the early church were true in the first century and remain true, especially in 2020 and the Covid-19 crisis. The world does not yet know what will be. The Followers of Christ do not yet know what will be. This is not the first global crisis and it will not be the last. Christ Followers will trust God will reveal what we are to be when God deems the time. Until that time, we trust in God.

Granger UMC knows this is a time of swift changes, disrupting traditions and feeling pressed to adapt. It is also a time to hold onto the principals that define Christ Followers. While our in-person worship services have been suspended, Granger UMC leaders have not been idle. Our top priority is re-forming the culture of this congregation.

We are family

God calls us to Love one another.

God calls Granger UMC to:

  •  Live a life devoted to Jesus Christ, the head of the Church.
  •  Love God, neighbor and self.
  • Offer acceptance of all people after the example of Jesus Christ.
  •  Prayerfully seek God’s will and lift the world into God’s care.
  •  Trust in the Holy Spirit and those God raises up in the congregation to lead.
  •  Create an oasis of Peace in a chaotic world.

By the Grace of God...

By the grace of God, we will live into this culture.

Though the times are swirling with uncertainty, of this we are certain; God’s Will shall be revealed to those who are seeking to walk the Way of Christ. We invite you to walk with us as we follow Jesus Christ.

By the grace of God, we will live into this culture.

Come as you are

We want you to come just as you are. When you walk through our doors you may see people in suits and ties, but you will also see people in jeans and t-shirts. We want to make sure when you visit you are comfortable and that is all that matters to us. As long you are come through our doors, we want to make sure you feel loved and welcomed. If you ever need anything, always feel free to connect with us. We love to hear from our new visitors. We have visitors parking out front if you wish to use these spots. Then head to the front door which leads to the santuary, New Visitor Information
